Pretty straight forward and simple process. I do recommend practicing on a test bottle before starting on your main piece. The starter kit was perfect for making my first ever bong and I will definitely be returning to make more in the future.

The diamond drill bit was easy to use, even though the guide ring eventually fell off, because of the water. I ended up pulling the foam ring up the drill bit, towards the drill, to help soften the blow when the drill finally made it through the ceramic. The seal is perfect. Haven't tried them out yet, because I dont smoke, I just always thought an empty Clase Azul bottle wanted to be a bong... and I had two bottles.

This kit worked so well for me. I used it to convert a vintage glass liquor decanter and it worked perfectly! Always looking for a deal, I’ll admit I initially looked for the proper drill bit elsewhere, but found nothing close to the value you get with this kit. Most of the proper bits out there cost as much or more than this whole kit. I’m obsessed. No glass container in my house is safe. Everything will bong.
