Refund policy
We grant a 30-day return or money-back guarantee on new and unopened items. Because of the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on used lamps, mugs, crystals, oddities or vintage glass. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out to us with any issues, and we'll do our best to make it right. We are not responsible for courier delivery issues or stolen packages. Packages returned due to customer error, will be assessed a 20% restock processing fee. The restock fee will be waived if a reorder is placed. All preorders or Area 51 sales are final.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. You do not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
